About Us

Hello! My name is Jan Bontrager, Manager of The Pines Apartments. I've been the manager for many years and I've enjoyed getting to know all the residents and helping new residents find an apartment that meets their needs.

Our office hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am-3:30 pm

We have a maintenance technician on staff 20 hours per week, plus after hours emergencies.

The board of directors for the Ellsworth Housing Authority meets on a monthly basis and directs the activities of the manager.

We look forward to serving you as you explore living at The Pines Apartments and hope you will choose our community as your next home.
